Cancellation & Refund Policy

This document explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from PixoraNest, operated by Occumenical Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited. It applies to every plan, setup engagement, and monthly subscription bought through our website or directly from our sales team. Please read it before you sign up so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Plans this policy covers

We bill our AI automation services in two ways:

  • Annual plans, such as our Pro Plus plan, paid once for a twelve-month term.
  • Foundation plans, charged as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee.

Your invoice and proposal will state which model applies to your account. If anything in this document differs from a signed agreement you have with us, the signed agreement takes priority.

2. One-time setup fees

Setup work begins the moment your project is confirmed. This covers account creation, WhatsApp Business API approval, workflow building, integrations, and team training. Since this is custom work delivered upfront, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once our team has started the build.

If you cancel before any setup work has begun, you can request a refund of the setup fee, less any third-party charges already paid on your behalf.

3. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription whenever you like. To stop your next charge, send the cancellation request at least 7 days before your renewal date. Your service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.

We do not charge any cancellation penalty. We also do not offer partial refunds for the unused part of a month that has already started.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are paid in advance for the full twelve months. You may cancel at any time, but the annual fee is non-refundable once the plan is active and your account has been set up. After you cancel, your service continues until the end of the paid term and then stops. We will remind you before renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

5. Third-party and usage charges

Some costs are passed through from outside providers, including WhatsApp and Meta conversation charges, your BSP (Business Solution Provider), telephony minutes, and similar usage-based fees. These are billed by the provider and are non-refundable, even if you cancel your PixoraNest plan. Any prepaid messaging or call credits you have already used cannot be refunded.

6. How to request a cancellation

Send your request from the email address or phone number registered on your account, to either:

Include your registered business name and the plan you want to cancel. We will confirm your request within 2 working days and tell you your final service date.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is due under this policy, we process it to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank or payment gateway may add a few extra days at their end. We calculate refunds after deducting any third-party charges and work already delivered, and we email you once the refund has been initiated.

8. Service paused or ended by us

We may pause or end a service if an invoice stays unpaid, if our terms are breached, or if continuing would put our WhatsApp and Meta compliance at risk. When the issue is non-payment, we will give you notice and a fair chance to clear the dues before stopping the service.

9. Your data after cancellation

Once your service ends, you can ask us to export your workflows, contacts, and chat data within 15 days. After that window, we may remove account data from our active systems in line with our Privacy Policy. If you need an export, please mention it in your cancellation request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version. If a change affects your active plan, we will let you know by email.
